Privacy policy

This policy covers the information you send through the application form at teach.cleverjunior.vn. The data controller is Clever Academy Joint Stock Company (Clever Academy), which operates Clever Junior®, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, passport country, current location, the role and campus you are interested in, your teaching experience and certificates, the CV link and message you choose to share, and technical details about how you found us (landing page, UTM campaign parameters).

Why we use it

To review your application, contact you about teaching roles, arrange auditions and interviews, and prepare your contract, visa and work permit if you are hired. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Storage and protection

Your information travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in our internal management system, Clever Junior EMS. Only recruitment staff with the right permissions can access it. We keep it for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, withdraw consent for or delete your data at any time by emailing jobs@cleveracademy.vn.
